This is an oil painting of a tiny jeweled box i used to have. the drawing of it is in pencil with the incense burner. I like that it kind of looks abstract and most people don't know what they're looking at

Another one of my favorites of yours.

If they saw a picture of it though, they would see that's it a perfect representation of it, maybe even better than the actual box! :hug:s

:wow: I love this one! It's so eye-catching. And the cool, calm monochromatic scheme of blues really sets off the candy-ish colors of the jewels inside.

i know i wish i didn't lose it! maybe i should get a new one from easts meets west. but they looked hand made like no one was exactly alike

idk if it was a chain or not but your right the one in eb mall was closing last time i checked

I think it was cuz they used to have one in Woodbridge or somewhere a long time ago but it closed long time before the one in East Brunswick so maybe I'll look it up online for ya & see if they have 1 anywhere else.

It worked out pretty well, though. A more detailed foreground or background might have taken away the focus from the box?
